These awards aim to highlight innovation, excellence, and success in various aspects of e-business, providing a platform for businesses to gain recognition and further their growth.
Definition of Key Terms
Participant: Any business, individual, or entity submitting an entry to the Irish E-Business Awards.
Awards: The Irish E-Business Awards as described in these terms and conditions.
Organizer: Ashville Media, the entity responsible for organizing and managing the Irish E-Business Awards.
Judging Panel: A group of selected experts responsible for reviewing entries and determining award winners.
Eligibility Criteria
Participant Location (Ireland)
Participants must be based in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland to be eligible for entry.
Business Size and Industry Restrictions
The awards are open to businesses of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises, across various industries involved in e-business. However, specific categories may have particular eligibility requirements which will be detailed within the category descriptions.
Exclusion of Ashville Media Employees
Employees of Ashville Media and their immediate families, as well as individuals involved in the administration of the awards, are not eligible to enter.
Entry Process

Entry Deadlines and Timeline
All entries must be submitted by the specified deadline outlined on the website. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Entry Fee Details
There is no entry fee for participating in the Irish E-Business Awards. Submission is free of charge for all categories.
Judging Process

The Judging Panel will consist of industry experts, professionals, and thought leaders selected by the Organizer. Some judges are listed on the official website, while others prefer to remain confidential. The Judging Panel can be contacted through Ashville Media Group for any inquiries or concerns regarding the judging process. The panel’s decisions are final and binding.
Confidentiality and Impartiality Assurances
All entries will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Judges will evaluate entries impartially and without bias. Additionally, all judges are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of the entries and the judging process. This NDA is available to participants upon request.

Announcement of Winners
Date and Method of Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, the date and location of which will be communicated to all participants in advance. Winners will also be published on the official website and through media partners.

The awards ceremony will be a formal event where winners are recognized and presented with their awards. Details regarding the date, venue, and agenda will be provided to participants.

Finalists’ Attendance at Gala Dinner
Requirement to Attend Gala Dinner
Finalists are required to attend the Gala Dinner at the awards ceremony. Failure to attend may result in the disqualification of their entry, at the discretion of the Organizer. If a finalist is unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, they must notify the Organizer in advance to discuss potential arrangements.
Use of Personal Data

Personal data collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the awards. The Organizer is committed to protecting the privacy of participants and will handle all data in compliance with applicable data protection laws covered in our privacy policy
Consent for Marketing Use
By entering, participants consent to the use of their business name, logo, and entry materials for promotional purposes related to the awards.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of Submitted Materials
Participants retain ownership of all materials submitted; however, by entering, they grant the Organizer a non-exclusive license to use these materials for promotional purposes related to the awards.
Right to Use Materials for Promotion
The Organizer reserves the right to use submitted materials, including business names and logos, in promotional content across various media platforms.
Disqualification
Grounds for Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified for providing false information, failing to meet eligibility criteria, or any other breach of these terms and conditions.
Disqualification Process
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion. Disqualified participants will be notified.
Liability
Limitation of Ashville Media’s Liability
Ashville Media accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering the awards or attending the awards ceremony.

The Organizer does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participating in the awards and is not liable for any actions taken based on participation.
Changes to the Awards
Right to Modify, Cancel, or Suspend the Awards
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the awards at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the official website and via email.

Adjudication Final Decision
Ashville Media’s Decision is Final and Binding
All decisions made by Ashville Media regarding the awards, including the judging process and disqualification, are final and cannot be contested.
